  • Default Status: Books are "Unpublished" by default (not published directly to library)

AI Translation Tools (Free for Library Contributors)

As long as publishers contribute their ebooks to the KinderLib library, ebooks can be freely translated to any language and/or any reading level WITHOUT any payment.

How it works: Upload your ebook → Use AI tools for instant translation → Check & edit text layout and word choices → Download the new language version

Full Distribution Control

You have full control over the titles you've uploaded:

  • Block per language: If a German version of your title has been sold elsewhere, you can block that title so it won't appear to German-speaking users
  • Still available in other languages: The title can still appear in other language versions as long as they're not blocked

Same product as AI translation tools, but WITHOUT sharing files to the KinderLib library:

Use case: Publishers can freely upload any private filesand download their translations

Availability Based on Licensing

Ebook availability depends on the publisher's license. If a publisher blocks a specific title for your language, that title won't appear in your library.
